A leisure facility improvement scheme within the Chartered Institute of Marketing site in Cookham.  The site hosts business training courses and events and consists of a variety of leisure facilities, residential accomodation, meeting/ training rooms and conference suites.

The project was divided into two phases to allow the site to continue in its function during the construction work:

Phase 1 -  The conversion of an existing training room into a new gym facility and the provision of changing rooms.

Phase 2 - The complete refurbishment of the bar area.

The project reached Practical Completetion in October 2006.
