This existing centre offers opportunities for youngsters and adults to enjoy all aspects of water based sports on the River Thames.

We have drawn up a master plan for redeveloping the site to provide more improved facilities to replace the existing buildings.

These include a rowing boathouse, administration offices, meeting and seminar rooms, residential accomodation and changing facilities.  Land based activities include a high ropes course across the river backwater.

The site presents difficult planning problems as it is in the Green Belt and the Thames flood plain.

The Masterplan is under discussion with the planners and we are hoping to move towards preparing planning applications for the first phase of the project early in 2008.
