A contemporary house situated next to the River Thames, which replaced a bungalow on the site that was susceptable to flooding. The new house is built almost 2 metres above ground.

A high level of consultation was required with the Planning Authority since the site is in a residential area within the Green Belt and in the flood plain. 

This is one of the several riverside houses completed by our practice.
